Back up your data
1 To back up your data, on the home screen, tap > Settings > PERSONAL > Backup & reset > BACKUP & RESTORE.
2 Tick Back up my data, tap the account you want to back up, and if you want to automatically restore your data.
Reset your phone
1 To reset your phone and erase all data, on the home screen, tap > Settings > PERSONAL > Backup & reset > PERSONAL DATA > Factory
data reset.
The Factory data reset option erases all your data, including your Google account, system and application data and settings, downloaded
applications, music, photos, and other user data.
2 If you are sure you want to reset your phone, tap Reset phone.
