Unload the pressure of the balancing
device by inserting the screws.
Attach the screws until the screws reaches
the piston. Then, alternately little by little,
attach the screws at least another five mil-
limeters. The pressure is now unloaded.

In a procedure where both balancing
devices shall be removed, unload the
pressure of the other in the same way.

Removing the balancing devices
Use this procedure to remove both balancing devices.

Make sure that all supplies for electrical
power, hydraulic pressure, and air pressure
are turned off.

Mobile platform ladder

Use a Mobile platform ladder to reach the
upper end of the balancing device.
DANGER
Do not use the robot as a ladder.

CAUTION
The balancing device weights 200 kg.
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly.
