2. Right click My Computer and select Properties.
3. From the "COM Security" Tab select "Launch and Activation Permissions".
Ensure the Launch and Activations permissions are Allowed for Local and
remote users; if they are not set then enable the permissions and restart the
ACTWinPro software.
