Choose the analysis settings
sample tracking – Sample tracking collects information about how sample plate
wells are mapped to SpectroCHIP Array pads and automatically sends the
information to a MassARRAY Transfer Server. Sample tracking requires a barcoded
microtiter plate.
auto tuning – Automatically adjusts dispense speed based on Target Volume
setting. Volume check MUST be enabled in order for auto tuning to work.
volume checkEnables the visual volume checking feature of the instrument. After
each dispense cycle, the instrument captures images of the dispensed droplets and
estimates their volumes.

Specify the SpectroCHIP Array positions
Specify the positions in the SCOUT plate that contain the SpectroCHIP Arrays which will
receive sample.
