The time of the most recent operating status change to this SAP.
Last Mgmt Change
The time of the most recent management-initiated change to this SAP.

The desired largest service frame size (in octets) that can be transmit-
ted through the to the far-end router, without requiring the packet to
be fragmented.
Oper MTU
The actual largest service frame size (in octets) that can be transmitted
through the to the far-end router, without requiring the packet to be
fragmented.
