two ingress LERs forwarding the same multicast group over two P2MP LSPs towards the same
egress LER.
A multicast packet received on a tunnel interface associated with a P2MP LSP can be forwarded
over a PIM or IGMP interface which can be an IES interface, a spoke SDP terminated IES
interface, or a network interface.
Note that packets received from a primary tunnel-interface associated with a terminating P2MP
LSP cannot be forwarded over a tunnel interface associated with an originating P2MP LSP.
