Determine Which Chassis is Primary
If ChasA_RedundancyState = 2, 3, or 4 then
ChasA_IsPrimary = 1. (Chassis A is the primary chassis.)
If ChasB_RedundancyState = 2, 3, or 4 then
ChasB_IsPrimary = 1. (Chassis B is the primary chassis.)
