If necessary, perform boundary spreading with reduced spreading
disc speed:
- Spreading disc speed 535 rpm
- Spreading disc speed 600 rpm
- Spreading disc speed 670 rpm
Example:
Ditch spreading
Working width: 12 m
→ Distance from the first tramline to the field boundary: 20 ft / 6 m
Ditch spreading according to the Fertiliser Ordinance
1. Tele-Quick spreading vane position: B49.
2. Rate reduction: reduce the spread rate on the boundary side by
3 scale divisions.
3. Reduce the spreading disc speed: 535 rpm
Procedure for adjustment
1. Remove the border spreading vane (Fig.
78/1) from the holder (Fig. 78/2).
2. Remove the long spreading vane (Fig. 78
/3)
of the left spreading disc (Fig. 78/4).
→ When not in use, secure the Tele-Quick
border spreading vane or the long spread-
ing vane in the holder.

3. Unscrew the screw connection of the outer
section of the vane (Fig. 79/1) using the
hexagon socket of the thumb nut (Fig.
79/2).
4. Set the read-off edge (Fig. 79
/3) to the letter
of the scale (Fig. 79/4) according to the set-
ting chart and retighten the screw connec-
tion.
