Amsurf Internet End-User Licence Agreement Terms
"AIEULA” means this Amsurf Internet End-User Licence Agreement.
"You” means the user of the e-m@iler. These AIEULA terms apply when you use the browsing
function of the e-m@iler to access the internet.
The browsing function of the e-m@iler includes software licensed to Amstrad plc. The software is
licensed, not sold. All rights are reserved.
If you do not agree to this AIEULA, do not use the browsing function. Any use of the software,
including but not limited to your use on the e-m@iler, will constitute your agreement to these
AIEULA terms, or ratification of any previous consent.
Grant of Amsurf Internet software licence
This AIEULA grants you the following licence:
♦ You may use the software only on the e-m@iler.
Not Fault Tolerant. The software is not fault tolerant.
No Warranties for the software. The software is provided "as is” with all faults. The entire risk as
to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort (including lack of negligence) is with you.
Also, there is no warranty against interference with your enjoyment of the software or against
infringement.
No Liability for Certain Damages. Except as prohibited by law, Amstrad and its group of
companies have no liability for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages arising
from or in connection with the use or performance of the software. In no event shall liability exceed
one hundred pounds sterling (£100).
Limitation on Reverse Engineering, De-compilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse
engineer, de-compile or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that such activity is
expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
Additional software. Any software provided to you which updates or supplements the original
software is governed by this AIEULA unless alternative terms are provided with such updates or
supplements.
Software Transfer Allowed but with Restrictions. You may permanently transfer rights under this
AIEULA only as part of a permanent sale or transfer of the e-m@iler, and only if the recipient agrees
to this AIEULA. If the software is an upgrade, any transfer must also include prior versions of the
software.
