Adverts & Services
The
e-m@iler is a complete personal communications and information
centre. A SERVICES menu is provided which contains stored telephone
numbers, email and web addresses for a variety of select services such as
greetings cards, home shopping and fast food delivery. As new services
are introduced, they may be highlighted down the right-hand side of the
standby display. The services listed will change from time to time as new
ones are added. Simply press SERVICES for the latest menu.
From time to time the
e-m@iler will display adverts for new products, services and
special offers.
Note that all adverts are received free of charge.

2. Press the number for the service you require
and the
e-m@iler will display further menus (if
appropriate) then connect to the requested
service by automatically making a telephone,
email or surfing call.
IMPORTANT – PARENTAL WARNING
If you have children, it is your responsibility to prevent access by them to
services that are suitable for adults only. We recommend you use the parental
lock (details on page 93). Note that it is also your responsibility to prevent
children incurring telephone charges and other costs that you are responsible to
pay.
Adverts
Adverts are received free of charge by the e-m@iler. Once received, they will appear on
the screen alternating with the standby display. On some occasions you may receive
more than one advert.
