Tasks
• Perform a background calibration (see page 49)
• Perform an optical calibration on 7500/7500 Fast systems (see page 59)
• Perform a region of interest (ROI) calibration (see page 35)
• Perform a pure dye calibration (see page 67)
Note: You can run a background calibration to check for contamination.If any parts of
the optics are replaced or moved, you must run a background calibration, an ROI
calibration, an optical calibration (7500/7500 Fast only), and a pure dye calibration.
