Purpose of
RNase P Runs
The TaqMan RNase P Instrument Verification Plate run verifies the performance of an
Applied Biosystems 7300/7500/7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System. The RNase P plate is
pre-loaded with the reagents necessary for the detection and quantification of genomic
copies of the human RNase P gene (a single-copy gene encoding the RNase moiety of
the RNase P enzyme). Each well contains:
