90 CHAPTER 7 - Maintenance
FlexiBowl® - Models 200 - 350 - 500 - 650 - 800
Proceed as follows to replace the motor on models 500, 650 and 800:
Unplug the power cable from the control panel.
Take the cover off the Flexibowl®.
Take the Rotary Disc off. Refer to the procedure described in
Chapter 7.2.2
Remove the cover by unscrewing the screws that secure it to the
surface
Loosen the screws of the motor
Loosen the screw that tensions the belt until it is possible to
remove the belt from the motor’s pulley
Disconnect the motor’s cables from the driver (motor power
supply cable and encoder cable)
Remove the screws of the motor, being careful not to drop the
said motor by force of gravity
Note: the encoder is situated under the motor
Replace the motor with one with the same characteristics and
tension the belt as required
