Master start the machine. It will finish the reference process automatically. If the process does not
complete it means the index mark is in the wrong location. Loosen the cutterhead timing belt and go to
Section “Cutterhead belt replacement”
FEED TUBE ADJUSTMENTS

Adjustment
The feed tube lower position is adjusted at
the tube mounting bracket. Remove the
tube and loosen the two socket head cap
screws in the mounting plate. Position the
tube so it is centered in line with the wire
guide at the right of the blades. Retighten
the cap screws.
FeedTubeSolenoidAdjustment
Lower position must be set before adjusting the solenoid.
