5.4.5 Connecting an RS422 Sensor
RS422 incremental sensor with 24 V internally supply:
If your sensor has an additional zero track, and you want to use it too, you need
a separate adapter in a one track configuration (connect the zero track of the
sensor to track A of the 2nd adapter) and parameterize it accordingly.
If the Sensor requires a different voltage, other than 24 V you must use an
external power supply and switch the SW3 to "external".
Please see the chapter Using a different supply voltage on page 75.
