This chapter describes how to replace the c old mirror and top fan as complete assembly. It als o describes the necess ary ad justments
for the co ld mirror.
CAUTION: Typ ically the Cold Mirror should never be readjusted in the field except when the Cold Mirror or
Lamp Reflec tor have b een replaced. In case a readjustment is req uired follow the instructions in th
is ch apter
precisely. Only q ualified technicians who h ave experience with adjusting the C old Mirror may adjust the Cold
Mirror. A misaligned Cold Mirror m a y cause irreversible dam age to other parts o f the p rojector!
