4.2 Log files
Creating and downloading log files
A diagnostic package can be created with the C omm unicator software. Start up the software and go to Diagnostics → Pac kage.A
zip file will b e created with the following information:
•ICPlogfile
• Security log file
•Projectorlog
The se log files can be red with the Diagnostic package reader which w as delivered as separate program together w ith the Comm uni-
cator software. F or more information about the use of this Diagnostic pack age reader, consult the User Guide of the C omm unicator
software .
ICP Log File
Records events listed below:
• Handshakes with server
• TI system initialization
• Reading of TI board status
• Opening of TCP connection
• Failure of T I boards
Security Log File
Records events listed below:
• Monitoring of secu rity switches
• Monitoring of key exchange
• Authorizing of D allas key
Projector Log
Records events listed below:
• Lamp control c omm ands
• Booting of Ba rco software
• Detection of TI boards
• Log on details of users
• Detection of Barco modules (LPS, FCB, etc.)
