c = Wide Bar, (always fixed value of 1)*
d = Narrow Bar (1-9)*
eee = Symbol Height (001 - 999)
ffff = Row (0000 - 9999)
gggg = Column
jj...j = Data (valid 255-character ASCII string plus termination)
