5.4.2 Probes Equipped with ATM Using the Manual Tuning Routine
• On the Tune button, click the drop-down arrow to see more options.
• In the list, select Tune/match ATM probe manually.
Note: The ATMM Probe Tuning/Matching window (figure below) and a window displaying the
wobble curve will be opened.

1. Probe type.

5. Check to show complex wobble display.
6. Click to start ATMA, whereas optimal positions are stored for future use.
7. User defined Wobble sweep width.
8. User defined number of wobble steps.
9. Buttons to move and display the wobble curve centered.
10. Buttons to adjust the dip of the wobble curve to the lowest position.
