5.4.2 Probes Equipped with ATM Using the Manual Tuning Routine
• On the Tune button, click the drop-down arrow to see more options.
• In the list, select Tune/match ATM probe manually.
Note: The ATMM Probe Tuning/Matching window (figure below) and a window displaying the
wobble curve will be opened.

1. Probe type.
