E CONTROLLI
DELL’IRRORATRICE
E’ possibile eseguire dei controlli sul-
l’attrezzatura e precisamente:
1) Controllo del manometro.
Su tutte le pompe è presente un
tappo con filetto da 1/2", toglien-
do il quale è possibile avvitare un
manometro di precisione per il
controllo del manometro dell’at-
trezzatura.
2) Controllo flusso volumetrico.
É possibile installare un misura-
tore di flusso all’entrata del grup-
po comando, svitando e scolle-
gando il tubo di alimentazione che
arriva dalla pompa e inserendo il
misuratore (flussometro).
Il flussometro dovrà avere un fi-
letto di 3/4".
Nel caso il flussometro abbia un
filetto diverso è possibile utilizza-
re dei raccordi adattatori che por-
tino il filetto del gruppo comando
3/4" maschio ad 1" maschio e per
il raccordo del tubo di mandata da
3/4" femmina ad 1" maschio.
Questi adattatori è possibile ri-
chiederli al ns. servizio ricambi, nel
caso non fossero reperibili sul
mercato.
L’attrezzatura può essere soggetta
a verifiche funzionali ai fini di accer-
tare la rispondenza dei requisiti na-
zionali in materia di controlli rego-
lari da fare degli organi designati.
SERBATOIO LAVAMANI
E’ posizionato sulla parte anteriore cen-
trale del serbatoio principale. La capacità
è di 18 litri, il caricamento avviene tramite
il boccaporto superiore, mentre il rubinet-
to per effettuare il lavaggio delle mani è
situato sulla parte frontale lato destro in
basso dell’atomizzatore (Fig. 40).

AND CONTROLS
It is possible to carry out some inspec-
tions on the sprayer and exactly:
1) Inspection of manometer.
In all control unit there is a plug
with a 1/2" thread, by removing
which it is possible to connect a
precision manometer to check the
manometer of the equipment.
2) Control of the volumetric flow.
It is possible to install a flowmeter
at the control unit inlet by unscrew-
ing and disconnecting the feed pipe
coming from the pump and by con-
necting the flowmeter.
The flowmeter should have a 3/4"
thread.
If the flowmeter has a different
thread, it is possible to use some
adapters changing the control unit
thread from 3/4" male to 1" male
and the delivery pipe fitting thread
from 3/4" female to 1" male.
These adapters can be requested
to our spare parts department, if
they are not availble on the mar-
ket.
The equipment can be subjected to
Operational checks in order to
ascertain Compliance with national
requirements on the subject of
regular controls to perform on the
designated parts.
HAND-WASHING TANK
It is positioned in the front central part
of the main tank.
Its capacity is of 18 liters. It can be
filled through the upper hatch.
The hand-washing cock is positioned in
the front, lower part of the sprayer on
the right side (Fig. 40).

L’ATOMISEUR
Il est possible d’exécuter des contrôles
sur l’équipement et précisement:
1) Controle du manomètre.
Sur tous les groupes commande il
y a un bouchon avec filetage de 1/
2", enlevant lequel on peut visser
un manomètre de precision pour le
contrôle du manomètre monté en
origine sur l’équipement.
2) Contrôle du flux volumétrique.
Il est possible d’équiper un mesu-
reur de flux à l’entrée du groupe
comande, dévissant et débranchant
le tuyau d’alimen-tation qui arrive
de la pompe et a le débit-mètre. Le
débit-mètre devra avoir un filet de
3/4". Dans le cas que le débit-mètre
ait un différent filet est possible
utiliser des raccordements
d’adaption qui amenent le filet du
groupe commande 3/4" mâle à 1”
mâle et pour le raccordement du
tuyau d’envoi de 3/4" femelle à 1”
mâle. Il est possible de demandes
ces adaptateurs a chez notre
service pour la pièce à detachée,
dans le cas qu’ils ne soient pas
disponibles sur le marchè.
L’équipement peut être sujet à des
contrôles fonctionnels afin de ga-
rantir la correspondance des
exigences nationales en matière de
contrôles réguliers à faire des
organes désignés.
RÉSERVOIR LAVEMAINS
Il est positionné sur la partie antérieure
de la cuve principale.
La capacité est de 18 litres, le
chargement a lieu à travers l’écoutille
supérieure, tandis que le robinet pour
effectuer le lavage des mains est situé
sur la partie frontale, côté droit, en bas
de l’atomiseur (Fig. 40).
