1.11 DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
TRANSMISSION DISASSEMBLY
Invert the transmission on a suitable bench.
For convenience the bench top should have a hole
in it to accommodate the input shaft and pump. Re-
move 3 screws and withdraw the gearshift lever as-
sembly.
Remove the plastic plugs and 4 cap screws and
withdraw the direction control valve.
Remove the converter relief valve.
