Parking Machine
Avoid stopping suddenly. Give yourself ample
room when stopping.
When stopping the machine, select flat hard
ground and avoid dangerous places.
If it is unavoidably necessary to park the machine
on a slope, insert blocks underneath the track
shoes. As an additional safety measure, thrust the
bucket into the ground.
If the control lever is touched by accident, the
machine may move suddenly, and this may lead
to a serious accident. Before leaving the
operator's compartment, always set the lock lever
securely to LOCK position.
Set the blade to the downhill position and touch
the ground.
1. Put left and right travel levers (4) (5) in the neutral
position, then to stop the machine.
2. Turn fuel control dial to lower the engine speed to
low idle.
3. Lower the bucket horizontally until the bottom
touches the ground.
4. Lower the blade until the bottom touches the
ground.
5. Set lock lever in the LOCK position
