An exception occurs when starting the engine or during operation
When an exception occurs, the alarm icon will display the corresponding alarm warning according
to the type of the exception.
Alarm prompt
When the engine is running always pay attention to various lalrm ICONS or prompts in the main
interface. When there is a fault, the corresponding alarm icon will be lit up, or the text will prompt
the fault information.
Trouble Shooting and Investigation
The monitor displays the working state, and also detects the engine lubrication system, cooling
system, air intake system and power generation system at the same time.
1. High coolant temperature alarm: It indicates that the coolant temperature is above the setting
value. When it is warning, must check the cooling system whether lack of the coolant, whether
it is leakage, or check the actual temperature of the tank is too high, the coolant temperature
sensor is in short circuit.
2. Low oil pressure alarm: investigate from the following aspects
Engine oil filter is dirty or not.
Engine oil pump is working properly or not.
The engine oil is lack or not.
3. High hydraulic oil pressure alarm (only for models equipped with hydraulic oil pressure
sensor), the main pump pressure of the hydraulic system is higher than the set pressure,
mainly from the following aspects.
Check that the main relief valve of the main valve is functioning properly or not.
If not, please contact the nearest dealer to ask for help.
Once the alarm signal is displayed, it should stop the machine immediately. Otherwise, the engine
speed will reduce to idle speed after the setting time, and record the fault time.
4. Low coolant level alarm (only for models equipped with coolant pressure sensor): indicates
that the coolant level in the cooling system is lower than the safe value, and should be
checked at this time:
The coolant level is below the low level or not.
Whether the radiator lacks coolant, the radiator and the seal are leaking or not.
5. Low fuel oil level: The amount of the fuel (less than 10% of the oil in the fuel tank) in the tank
should be checked and the fuel should be added in time.
6. Air filter clog alarm (only for models equipped with air filter clogging sensor): It indicates that
the main filter element of the air cleaner is dirty, and it should be cleaned or replaced timely.
7. Charging alarm: indicates that the battery charging is abnormal. When the engine is started,
the generator chargers the battery abnormally.
