* Fault bits 25, 26, 27 are defined as follows:
27 - Faults which can be isolated to the sensor unit.
26 - Faults which can be isolated to the RF input (connector, cable or antenna).
25 - Faults which cannot be isolated between the sensor and the RF input.
Note 1: Bit 29 is only used to acknowledge Command Summary Word requests to transmit
Maintenance Messages.
Note 2: Bit 18 is reserved for IRS Bus No. 3 in ARINC 743A-4.
