ACCESSORYBOARD
Standing pilot electronic blower
control boards do not have
connections for humidifier and
electronic air cleaners. To use these
accessories, install an add-on
accessory board, RXGW-AAA01.
Wire the accessory terminal board, or
"BABY BOARD," according to these
instructions and mount it inside the
electric control box. The accessory
board mounts alongside the existing
control board.
Step 1. Snap the "Baby Board" in the
control box as shown.
Step 2. Disconnect the blower motor
"heat" lead from the fan
control board. Next connect
the
orange heat lead from
the "baby board" to the
"HEAT" terminal on the
fan control board. Then,
reconnect the blower motor
"heat" lead to the heat
terminal on the "baby board."
Step 3. For Honeywell Control
ST9101A-1014 (Part No.
47-22827) connect the
black
"ace" wire
on the "baby
board" to the
"ACC" terminal
on the fan control board.
For Robertshaw Control
RBC1 (Part No. 47-22828-02)
connect the
black "ace" wire
on the "baby board" to the
"COM" terminal on the fan
control board.
Step 4. Disconnect the transformer
neutral lead from the fan
control board. Next, connect
the
white "N" lead from the
"baby board" to the
"N"
terminal
on the fan control
board. Then reconnect the
transformer neutral lead to the
piggyback connector.
Step 5. Connect the
white "W" wire
to the "W" terminal on the
fan control board. Connect
the
black "C" wire on the fan
control board as shown in the
following illustrations.
