4.14.10 Alarm Output
It is to set alarm output mode. There are three modes: Auto/manual/stop.
Step 1 From Main menu->Setting->Event->Alarm output.
Enter alarm output interface. See Figure 4-190.
Step 2 Set parameters.
Auto: The corresponding event triggers the alarm output or cancels alarm.
Manual: Forcedly trigger alarm output.
Stop: Forcedly cancel or close alarm output.
Status: Here you can view alarm output port status. The alarm is enabled if the icon is
highlighted.
Alarm release: Click the OK button, you can clear all alarm output status.
Step 3 Click Apply or Save to complete setup.

4.15 Storage
It is to manage HDD storage space, detect HDD working status and etc.
4.15.1 HDD Manager
It is to view and sett HDD properties and format HDD.
From main menu->Setting->Storage->HDD manager. Enter HDD manager interface. See
Figure 4-191.
It is to view current HDD type, status, capacity and etc. The operation includes format
HDD, and change HDD property (read and write/read-only/redundancy).
