Step 2 Set start time, end time, and type.
Step 3 Click Search.
Device displays log list.
Note
Select logs on the list and then click Backup, select save path to backup logs to
the local PC.
5.10.2.2 Developer Log
It is to save COM information so that the engineer can quickly find the problem.
From main menu->Info->Log->Developer log, enter developer log interface. See Figure
5-191.

Click to download the view the corresponding log file.
5.10.3 Online User
It is to display current online user, user group, IP address and login time.
From main menu->Info->Online user the online user interface is shown as in Figure 5-192.

Click Refresh to get the latest online user information.
