If this parameter is used when the SS1 function or the SQS-SS1 function is used in the time moni-
toring mode, the value of the parameter is an alternative triggering point for the STO(+SBC)
function in addition to the normal activation after the time set with SS1 t1.

which the ramp monitoring must start (when ramp monitoring is used).
Use this parameter to set the time delay for the activation of the STO+SBC func-
tion after speed goes below zero speed (when zero speed monitoring is used).
