12.2 Fault Codes
12.2.1 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S1 - uC diag., Fault Number Any
Cause
Internal fault in the option board.
Broken hardware.
Troubleshooting
Reboot the AC drive.
If the fault reoccurs, contact the nearest distributor.
12.2.2 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S2 - Cross comm., Fault Number Any
Cause
Internal fault in the option board.
Broken hardware.
Incompatible software and/or hardware versions or a failed update.
Troubleshooting
Reboot the AC drive.
If the fault reoccurs, contact the nearest distributor.
12.2.3 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S3 - Input stuck, Fault Number Any
Cause
Internal fault in the option board.
Broken hardware.
Troubleshooting
Reboot the AC drive.
If the fault reoccurs, contact the nearest distributor.
12.2.4 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S4 - Output Stuck, Fault Number 1
Cause
An output is short-circuited to voltage source (for example, +24 V).
Troubleshooting
Check the cabling.
12.2.5 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S4 - Output Stuck, Fault Number 2
Cause
There is a fault in an output of the Advanced safety option board.
The STO output of the Advanced safety option board is not connected.
Troubleshooting
Check the cabling.
