Cause
An output is short-circuited to GND.
Troubleshooting
Check the cabling.

Cause
An output is short-circuited to voltage source (for example, +24 V).
Troubleshooting
Check the cabling.
12.2.8 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S6 - Power Supply, Fault Number Any
Cause
Internal fault in the option board.
Broken hardware.
Troubleshooting
Reboot the AC drive.
If the fault reoccurs, contact the nearest distributor.
12.2.9 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S6 - Power Supply, Fault Number 9
Cause
Encoder supply voltage overvoltage or undervoltage.
Troubleshooting
Check the cabling for short circuits.
Make sure that the encoder cable plug at the Advanced safety option board is inserted correctly (not off by one).
12.2.10 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S6 - Power Supply, Fault Number 25
Cause
Encoder supply voltage overvoltage or undervoltage.
Troubleshooting
Check the cabling for short circuits.
Make sure that the encoder cable plug at the Advanced safety option board is inserted correctly (not off by one).

Cause
