Internal fault in the option board.
Troubleshooting
Reboot the AC drive.
If the fault reoccurs, contact the nearest distributor.
12.2.14 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S17 - Comm. Error, Fault Number Any
Cause
Incompatible control and option board firmware.
Troubleshooting
Reboot the AC drive.
Update the control and/or option board firmware.
If the fault reoccurs, contact the nearest distributor.
12.2.15 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S18 - External I/O, Fault Number 1
Cause
Channels of a two channel input are in different state.
Troubleshooting
Check the cabling.
Check the connected systems.
Reboot the AC drive.
12.2.16 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S18 - External I/O, Fault Number 2
Cause
One channel caused a short request (input inactive) for a safety function before returning to not requested state (input active).
The other channel did not change.
Troubleshooting
Check the cabling.
Check the connected systems.
Deactivate both channels before activating them again, then acknowledge the safety function.
12.2.17 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S32 - SafeF Common, Fault Number 3
Cause
The reset signal has not been accepted because a safe stopping function executed as a violation response has not been
reached.
Troubleshooting
Allow the safe stopping function to finish its execution.
12.2.18 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S32 - SafeF Common, Fault Number 4
Cause
The reset signal cannot be accepted as the speed is above a monitoring limit at requested monitoring function.
Troubleshooting
Check the requested safety functions.
Check the motor speed and the speed sensors.
