12.2.26 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S38 – SQS, Fault Number 1
Cause
The safety function is controlled from the PLC over fieldbus but the requested safety function is not parameterized to be used at
all.
Troubleshooting
Make sure that the configurations of the PLC and the Advanced safety option board match.
12.2.27 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S38 – SQS, Fault Number 5
Cause
An acknowledgment signal was received when the safety function was still requested and could not be acknowledged.
Troubleshooting
Deactivate the safety function request before acknowledging.
12.2.28 Fault Code 20 - Safety System, S39 – SSR, Fault Number 1

all.
