When you use two speed measurement sources: the sources indicate different speeds for the motor.

Cause
Proof test interval was exceeded. The motor has not been rotated during a 30 day period.
Troubleshooting
Make the motor rotate according to the instructions in 3.6.6 Encoder Signal Verification.

Cause
Faults related to the encoder.
A wrong phase shift between signals.
Discrepancy between different speed sources is too high.
Troubleshooting
Check the encoder connections.

Reboot the AC drive.
If the fault reoccurs, contact the nearest distributor.

Cause
A fault detected in the encoder signal monitoring. Example: the signals do not fulfill the equation Sin
