network state.
Offline or power is not supplied.
Data communication in progress.
There is an error in the parameter setting.
An error has occurred in the Profibus
configuration (setting).
Power is not supplied.
Network is being initialized.
Module is being set up.
The module has transitioned from the initial
state.
The diagnosis event is being executed.
A crucial error has occurred.
