The following TB signal names will change according to the output status of TB 1-12
"BANK SELECT".
・Please turn OFF the input signal "BANKSELECT" during fastening operation and when
not using bank switching.
·After switching the BANK SELECT signal ON / OFF, wait for 20 msec or more before
inputting the output signal.

OUT-1(NO)
Set to “ON” when the fastening operation ends with a fastening
result falling outside a judgment range.

ACCEPT[OK]
OUT-2(NO)
Set to “ON” when the fastening operation ends with the fastening
results being within the judgment ranges.

ABNORMAL
OUT-3(NO)
Set to “ON” when an error occurs in the system or during the
fastening operation.

READY
OUT-4(NO)
Set to “ON” when operation is enabled with respect to an input
signal from the outside. This signal is also set to “ON” after the
end of fastening.

BUSY
OUT-5(NO)
Set to “ON” while the Spindle is in the fastening operation.

Set to “ON” when the Unit is in the PROGRAM mode.

With the controller with CF card option, out of the following
conditions. It turns ON when either one is satisfied.

· CF card remaining capacity is 1% or less
(Controller software version V1.209 or earlier)
· CF card remaining capacity is less than 20 MB
(Controller software version V1.210 or later)
