To trigger a thermal shutdown when a temperature probe detects a failure event, type:
omconfig system thrmshutdown severity=failure
To disable thermal shutdown so that an administrator has to initiate an omconfig system shutdown,
type:
omconfig system thrmshutdown severity=disabled
