13.10 MAD data missing Data for the control of the mixing-air damper is missing.
➯ Check connection of the feedback potentiometer (for con-
nection, see Operation Manual of the air treatment unit or
accessory).
13.41 DI operating mode active The input for the freely configurable operating mode is active.
In the event of a MATRIX 4700 control, a fire damper has trigge-
red.
➯ Check fire damper.
13.42 DI unit OFF active Digital input "unit OFF" is active. The unit was switched off ex-
ternally.
➯ Check sensor and external control signal.
13.43 DI normal mode active Normal operation mode was activated via input "Normal mode".
13.44 DI Economy mode active Economy Mode is activated with the input "Economy mode".
13.46 Pump group fault signal A pump group fault is present.
13.47 V-belt monitoring The fan belt monitoring reports an error message.
13.48 Energy recovery The fault output in the energy recovery system reports an error
message. Check actuators of the energy recovery, exchange if
necessary.
13.49 Malfunction in fire dam-
per
The fire protection contact on the I/O-module of the controller
has triggered.
13.50 Adiabatic cooling A controller reports that the humidifier of the adiabatic cooling
has no operating data or the fault input is activated.
13.51 SWIRL-drive motor The controller reports that the SWIRL-drive motor or its limit
switch has a malfunction.
13.52 Initializing phase This message is shown in the status line with an inversely dis-
played "i". This operation information shows that the controller
that is displayed in the information is still initializing and not yet
completely reactive. This message will disappear once this con-
troller has finished initializing. If several controller are in use in
one group, each one can be displayed on the operation infor-
mation list in case of a malfunction.

13.53 ERS with fan stop The controller reports a fault of the ERS system with fan stop.
14.0 Address conflict An address conflict has occurred.
➯ A second control panel
with the same address is connected in the group. In some ca-
ses a group can have 2 fan modules or 2 direct evaporator mo-
dules (max. one module possible).
14.1 > 16 controllers
per group
There are more than 16 controllers connected in a group.
Check and, if necessary, correct the number of connected
units.

➯ Check connection of
the sensor, possible cable break/short-circuit or missing, even
though the control (software) requires a sensor. For further
clearance of faults, see Operation Manual of global modules.
Note
The relevant error texts are connected with the designation of the relevant faulty
unit/module (location) and displayed.
