SPOUT WEAR PLATE (F41) - FIGURE 169
Either at the end or at the beginning of the season, verify
the condition of the wear plate (item 1) on the spout (item
2). A damaged or punctured plate must be replaced.
During the season, if the Forage Harvester throwing
system is not operating properly, this wear plate should
be veried.
Two removable doors (item 3) have been provided in the
spout to verify the condition of the wear plate.

The F41 Stinger model is equipped with two wear plates
(items 4 and 5) replaceable directly from the top. The
four removable doors (item 6) can be used for inspecting
the plates. It is to be noted that the wear plates are uni-
directional and can be installed in only one direction.
