ADJUSTMENTS - MAINTENANCE
CLUTCH DISMANTLING PROCEDURE
1. To begin dismantling, mount clutch in a vise and
tighten the six nuts (item 1) in an even sequence
until the spring pack assembly is loose.

2. Remove the setting ring (item 2) using a at blade
screwdriver.

3. Lift and remove the spring pack assembly. When
pulling it out, tilt it slightly opposite the locating
tab(item 3) which is on the bottom plate of the spring
pack.

NOTE: This tab is located opposite the arrow.
4. Remove the ange hub together with the friction
disks and the drive plates. Tilt hub as illustrated and
pull to lift out.
