ADJUSTING THE FREE ROTATION OF THE SPOUT
Use the thin shims (item 1) to insure free rotation of the spout. To do so, loosen the carriage bolts (item 2), then
insert or remove shims until spout rotates freely. Tighten all bolts back tightly.
