the
reservo

nut

screwed
in, rock the rod
with
lhe
pi
ston
by
hand
to
remove
air
from
the
working
cylinder.

good
working

are

To rem

the

lever, proceed
as
follows:

e bolts

en

the
rubber
bushin
gs,
remove
the
oute
r covers a
nd
fi
xing
was
hers;
ta
ke
out
th
e
outer
rubb
er
bushings;
unscr
ew
th
e
nuts
of
coup
li
ng
bolts
of the
rear
su
spen
sion leve r
and
remove
the
inn
er cou.pling bolt;
remove
the
left-hand
jou rna l;
pr
ess
the
l
ever
at
th
e
base
in
the
left-hand
dir
ection,
turn
the
lever
end
to
the
right
and
take
the
l
ever
out.
·
On
remova
l,
was
h the
rear
suspe
n
sion
l
ever
and
check
it
for
damage.
Take
ca
re
to
check wheth
er
the
rubber
bushings
are
intact.
Re-
place
the d
efective
bushings.
Re-assemble
th
e rea r
suspension
lever in
reverse
order.
The
si

en
t-bl
ocks

hould
be
tight
ened
with
the
re
ar
suspension
l
eve
r
in
a
horiz
o
nt
al
position,
takin
~
care
to
ens
ur
e that
the
s
il
e
nt-bl
ock
inner
bushes
a
re

liably
tight
ened.

I.
DISMANTLING
AND
ASSEMBLING
THE
THROTTLE
CONTROL
GRIP
To
dismantle
the
throttle
control
grip,
proceed
as
follows:
undo
the screw
securing
the
body
cove
r, r
emove
the
body
cover
a
nd
wit
hdraw
the
cabl e e
nd
pieces
from
the
slider;
unlock
th
e
sc
rew
sec
uring
the
body
and
screw
it off a few t
urn
s.
Remove
the
grip
from
th
e
handl
ebar;
mov
e
aside
the
handl
e
bar
rubb
er
grip
and
prot
ect
ive
washer,
take
out
the
locking
ring
and
move
as
ide
the
inner
washer;
unlo
ck the
adjusting
sc
rew,
undo
it
and
rem
ove
ihe
g
rip
tub
e,
together
w ith the
chain
a
nd
slider,
from
the
body.
