Power Steering and Vacuum Pump

15mm
Remove the four nuts and separate the power steering pump
from
the vacuum pump housing.
Remove the push rods
from
the vacuum pump housing.
Inspect the push rods. They should slide smoothly in the
bushings
but should not move
side
to side.
10mm
Remove the diaphragm
assemblies
from
the housing. If the f-jc*]
diaphragms are bad, they must be replaced as a unit.
Remove and discard the o-rings
from
the center bore and push
rod bores.
