The design of the workpiece holder must ensure that the work pieces
remain grounded during the coating. The ground-leakage resistance
at a test voltage of up to 1000V may not exceed 1 MΩ.
6.2.7 Spray Pattern
Damage to the bell disk or the shaping air ring have a negative effect
on the spray pattern.
If during the operation of the atomizer, changes are noticed that
indicate damage or inadmissible performance, the atomizer must
immediately be taken out of service.

Risk of production disruption due to defective components
A poor paint job can be the result.
An atomizer with defective components must not be operated in any
case.
Never paint with a damaged or worn bell disk. Use bell disks from Dürr
Systems only.
