(8) FLOW SENSOR FAIL ! Sensor cable is not con-
nected.
Reconnect the sensor
cable to the sensor of the
breathing system.
(8) FLOW SENSOR FAIL ! The flow sensor was not cor-
rectly calibrated. Sensor
error.
Perform the procedure for
calibration of the flow sen-
sor, (see page 133).
Replace sensor and cali-
brate. Contact DrägerSer-
vice or the authorized local
service partner.
(21) FRESH GAS LOW !! Insufficient fresh-gas supply
in all ventilation modes.
Ensure sufficient fresh-gas
supply.
Hose blocked/kinked. Check hoses.
Leakage or disconnection in
the breathing system.
Check breathing system.
(13) INSP O
2 HIGH !! Inspiratory O2 concentration
is above the upper alarm
limit.
Check the setting of the
flow control valve and
upper O
2 alarm limit.
(31) INSP O
2 LOW !!! Inspiratory O2 concentration
is below the lower alarm limit.
Check O2 supply. Check
the setting of the flow con-
trol valve and lower O
2
alarm limit.
(11) INSP PRES NOT REACH !! The plateau pressure during
ventilation in Pressure Con-
trol, Pressure Support, or
SIMV/PS mode is more than
3cmH
2O (hPa) below the
PINSP setting and the
expected PLAT value.
Check the ventilator set-
tings, patient circuit and
settings for PINSP.
(14) MINUTE VOLUME HIGH !! The minute volume has
exceeded the upper alarm
limit.
The flow sensor was not cali-
brated.
Calibrate the flow sensor
(see page 133).
Sensor error. If necessary, replace the
flow sensor (see page 67).
