Operation

B – Reverse position.
In this position, the tiles are about 30cm above
ground level. With the plates in this position, the roller
can be driven and maneuvered at reduced speed
(approx. 5km/h) on the work site. The plates must be
raised to this position to reverse the roller while
working. In this position, the offset function of the
plates can also be used.
C – Operating position.
When the plates have been lowered to the ground,
vibration can be activated. "Floating position" arises
here when the vibration is activated and remains in
effect until the plates are actively raised again,
regardless of whether the vibration is switched on or
off. Floating position means that the valves for
hydraulic raising are fully open so that the lifting device
can be pressed upwards without major resistance in
the hydraulic cylinders, for example due to
unevenness in the ground surface. Offset of the plates
in operating position should take place while driving
slowly to avoid unnecessary stress on the compaction
plates. The roller cannot be reversed in operating
position.

Make sure that the button for Operating position (1) is
activated. When operating position is active, a diode in
the button lights up.
Place the machine on the work surface and lower the
plates to the ground using button (2). Exercise
extreme caution and make sure that no one is within
the machine's operating area!
The vibration of the packing plates is activated with
button (3). Switching off takes place with the same
button.
