Air Brake
Version 4 Above Ground Model 250i Motorcycle Dynamometer Installation Guide
AIR BRAKE
The air brake (P/N 63920008) comes installed and ready to use. You will need to
provide an air hose nipple (1/4-inch NPT) to connect your clean, dry shop air supply
(60 psi, 415 kilopascal, max constant line pressure) to the dynamometer. Once air
pressure is connected and the air brake cable is routed, the air brake is ready to use.
For detailed installation instructions refer to the Air Brake and EEC Kit Installation
Guide P/N 98200079.
ROUTING THE AIR BRAKE CABLE AND AIR HOSE
1 Open the CPI front panel.
2 Route the white two-pin connector from the speed pickup/brake cable to the
solenoid leads on the brake assembly.
3 Attach the two-pin connector to the brake solenoid leads.
4 Route the E-stop cable from the rear of the DynoWare RT main box to P7 on the
CPI front panel.
5 Attach the two-pin connector to the DynoWare RT main box.
6 Attach the flat four-pin connector to P7 on the CPI board.
