Parameter
The value of ＂ＴＨ＂，＂ＴＬ＂can be set/modified in parameter mode. For information
about how to modify ,refer to chapter 4.2.2 please.

Description of the function
You can set the pulse/pause ratio at the TH (Time High) and TL (Time Low) parameters.
The INV input can be used to invert the output signal. The input block INV only inverts
the output signal if the block is enabled via EN.
