Material damage may arise by using incorrect tools during assembly,
maintenance or troubleshooting. Only use the correct tools.
5.1
Installation requirements
The following connection and installation instructions constitute the
recommended procedure. However, the ambient conditions determine the
actual assembly and installation methods. It is important to pay attention to
conditions at the site of use
.
The control unit is bolted on to the mounting plate and the mounting plate
secured to a wooden board to lock them in place during transport.
Both the fixings can be unfastened.

The following points must be strictly observed in order to ensure that the
equipment functions smoothly:
n Power supply option 230 V, AC, 50/60 Hz in interval of max. 4.5 m
for control unit.
n Compressed air supply with 3,5 (Connexx Basic) or 5 (Connexx Switch)
up to 0.6 MPa (6 bar) air pressure on equipment input.
n Mounting height (bottom edge of lifting vessel) between 0-1 m above top edge of the
container.
