CAUTION!
The lifting vessel is not suitable for pressure overload! Provision must be made
for the product to flow back into the container in order to prevent pressure from
building up in the suction line. There must not be any non-return valves fitted
between the lifting vessel and containter! The possible return quantity through
outgassing must not exceed the available volume in the container! This must
be taken into account when designing the metering line.
During container switch-over, the valves are closed when the equipment is off
(power-off). A reflow is possible only in switched-on condition. The threaded
rods help in securing the cover
, so that it is not pressed upwards due to any
pressure blows occurring in the metering line. A tight clamping of cover and
bottom using the threaded rods is not permissible.
5.3 Overview "Wall mounting"
CAUTION!
Fastners suitable to the on-site wall condition must be used. The mounting
material provided in the delivery is suitable only for mounting in solid masonry.
Wall mounting must be carried out as follows:
1. Mark off the holes to be drilled at the intended locations
(the equipment mounting plate can be used as template).
2. Drill the holes and insert the dowels.
3. Fasten the mounting plate along with the superstructure onto the wall, as shown in
the below image.
4. When retrofitting the container switch-over facility as an enhancement of the
Connexx Basic system (retrofitting sub-assembly Art. No. 282603, EBS No.
10016052), install the mounting plate for the switch-over valves under the Basic unit
in such a way that the structure corresponds to the below
image.
