4.3 Suction hose vent and emptying of residue
The lifting vessel offers two more advantages besides product degassing:
During commissioning and when changing containers, the suction line is automatically
and quickly vented, in other words filled with the product. The enable signal for the
metering pump(s) is given by the control unit only after reaching the level switch

With the help of an adjustable delay time for the empty signal

further reduced in the container. While the time runs, a product/air mixture continues to be
drawn from the container because the air valve (Pos. 6) on the injector (Pos. 3)is open.
WARNING!
The enable signal for the metering pump(s) is interrupted after the first 5
seconds to prevent any air from reaching the pump even at maximum delivery.
In order to empty the residual quantity as optimally as possible, we also
recommend tilting the container slightly with respect to the suction lance /
Click & Plugcoupling.
